Information for presenters

All talks will take place in the main Conference Hall. Email your Powerpoint presentation by Friday 8th January and also bring your talk on a memory stick or equivalent with you to the Conference.

Talks prepared using Mac software may not function properly, so please convert your presentation to MS Windows-compatible format. We will confirm details at registration.

Invited speakers

The first two talks for each Theme are by invited keynote speakers. These talks will be either 30 minutes or 20 minutes in duration; please check the conference programme for your allotted time and duration. This timing includes any questions for the speaker. At the end of these two talks, there will be an open discussion for up to 15 minutes.

Submitted abstracts – oral presentation

These talks will be for 8 mins maximum with an extra 2 minutes allowed for questions. Please check the conference programme for your allotted time and note that your talk may not be under the Theme that you selected.
